In May 2012 we commenced with the construction of our first purpose built student housing project, within walking distance to the main campus of the Tshwane University of Technology. This project has provided accommodation for 2301 students.

Just 300 metres from the university, this world class student village allows residents to experience student life at its best. Facilities include an on-site café and entertainment, basketball court, TV rooms, lounges and a soccer field. We believe in providing students with accommodation that is affordable, comfortable, safe and convenient. Students living at Ekhaya Junction enjoy free wi-fi, the convenience of laundry and study facilities and disabled friendly access.
