Lapalaka Property Projects is a privately owned real estate development and investment company, located in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our name Lapalaka is derived from the Sesotho word meaning “home of my own”.

As an innovative turnkey property developer, Lapalaka has developed well over 4,500 homes since it’s establishment in 1989. We specialise in multi-storey, residential apartments, covering all markets of housing, ranging from affordable-mid to high-end communities. In addition we have cast a strong focus on student accommodation and tenant specific developments.
